Entrée 

Jerusalem artichoke soup V
With parmesan foam

Pan seared scallops GF, DF
Carrot and apple salad with cumin dressing

Chicken liver pâté
Caramel, whisky soaked raisins, watercress, apple jelly, served with a
brioche loaf

Baby heirloom and dried tomatoes GF, V
Liquorice marshmallow, mozzarella and edible soil


Sorbet
Blood orange sorbet with ginger jelly V, GF, DF

Main 
Pea, pecorino and sunflower risotto V, GF
With pea tendrils


Roast turkey, pork and chestnut stuffing
Served with baby vegetables and tarragon jus


Grainge tenderloin GF
Served with pome purée, roasted tomatoes, watercress and red wine jus


Roast Alpine salmon GF
With white asparagus, pencil leek and hen’s egg


Dessert 
Steamed Christmas pudding
With brandy sauce and crème Chantilly


Yuzu posset
Pomelo, mache shortbread


Plum cheesecake
With oatmeal sable, meringue, jelly and cream cheese mousse
